With the college football season right around the corner, here are the most anticipated QB matchups for the 2024-2025 college football season. USC’s Miller Moss vs. LSU’s Garrett Nussmeier – Sept. 1  This Week 1 matchup will see two top QBs lead two high-powered offenses against defenses that were ranked at the bottom of the NCAA last season.Best porn XXX. USC head coach Lincoln Riley has developed multiple Heisman-caliber quarterbacks in his tenure, and Moss looks to be his next guy. Nussmeier has been a backup for three seasons but has shown his ability to be an elite starter. This game will likely see a ton of points and not a lot of defense. Texas A&M’s Conner Weigman vs. Texas’ Quinn Ewers – Nov. 30 Not only will this be the first time that both in-state rivals have played each other since 2011, but it will also be two star QBs going after it for four quarters. Weigman was on track to have a great season before his injury last season, accounting for 979 yards and eight touchdowns in just four games. Ewers is coming off an outstanding season, throwing for 3,479 yards and 22 touchdowns. This game may not see too many points scored because both defenses are stellar, but it will still be a fun matchup between two of the best signal-callers in the SEC. Miami’s Cameron Ward vs. Clemson’s Cade Klubnik – Oct. 21  This game will feature returning starter Klubnik versus Washington State transfer Cam Ward. Klubnik has continued to improve into one of the best QBs in college football, throwing for 2,844 yards and 19 touchdowns last season, and Ward had his best collegiate season as well in 2023, throwing for 3,735 yards and 25 touchdowns. These two signal-callers add extra intrigue to an already exciting college football rivalry. Alabama QB Jalen Milroe vs. Georgia QB Carson Beck – Sept. 28 Both QBs know each other well, as they faced off last year in the SEC Championship with the Crimson Tide getting the 27-24 win over the Bulldogs and ultimately getting into the College Football Playoffs over Georgia. Now Beck will be looking for revenge in Tuscaloosa in a game that should have heavy SEC implications. Ewers vs. Georgia QB Carson Beck – Oct. 19 Every college football fan should mark their calendars as Texas will host Georgia in a game that could likely decide the SEC. Ewers will look to get his team back into the College Football Playoffs after being one play away from making the National Championship following a 37-31 loss to Washington. For Beck, he will try to get the Bulldogs back into the College Football Playoffs after missing out last season and may have to go through the Longhorns to do so.
